Tsc, damn Kinja can't aim to save his life... Tokyo Godfathers, I remember it was about a trio of offbeat people who find a baby during christmas time, or something like that.

Yep, it's about a cross dresser (those sure have been popping up alot in the shows I watch recently), a run away girl, and a drunk who find a baby. It's one of my favorite christmas movies!
